LIWAVE is operated by LIWAVE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED in the United Kingdom. Delivery availability, charges and estimates depend on the item and destination.

Before you order

Submit your order request with a delivery address. Our team will confirm availability, delivery options, charges and estimated timing during review, before inviting you to pay. Please contact care@liwaveinternational.com if you would like to check a destination or product in advance.

International destinations

We do not promise delivery to every country. Providing a delivery address lets our team review whether we can accept the order; it does not guarantee delivery availability. Import duties, taxes or customs requirements may apply depending on the destination; any charges collected by us will be identified before you pay.

Address and delivery questions

Check your delivery details carefully. If you need to correct an address or ask about delivery, contact us promptly with the LIWAVE order number. Where applicable, goods will be delivered within 30 days unless another timeframe has been agreed with you.

If an order is delayed, missing or damaged on arrival, contact us so we can investigate. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
