1. Submit your order request

Add your chosen pieces to your bag, enter your contact and delivery details, and submit your order for review. No payment is taken at this stage. Keep the order number shown after submission.

2. We confirm the details

Our team checks availability, delivery to your address, any delivery charges, applicable taxes collected by us and the final total. An order request is not a payment or confirmation that the goods have been accepted for dispatch.

3. Pay after approval

After review, we send a payment invitation for your confirmed order. Open your LIWAVE order invitation and continue to the approved payment provider. Check that the order number, currency and amount match the agreed details before paying. If anything differs, stop and contact us.

Your payment details

LIWAVE does not ask you to submit card numbers or security codes with an order request. Complete payment on the approved provider page. Never send card details, security codes or banking passwords by email.

Currency and confirmation

Catalogue prices are in US dollars (US$). The amount shown while submitting your request is subject to review of delivery and applicable charges; we confirm the final amount before requesting payment. Your bank may apply currency-conversion fees. A payment invitation is not proof of payment; our team confirms receipt of funds separately.
