Pet clothing comes in different fabrics and finishes. Start with the care label or product-specific instructions rather than assuming every piece can be washed in the same way.

Before washing

Remove loose hair and dirt, empty any pockets and check fastenings. If no washing instructions are supplied, contact us with the product name before cleaning it.

Wash thoughtfully

Follow the specified temperature and washing method. Do not bleach, tumble-dry or iron a garment unless the care instructions allow it. Keep cleaning products away from your pet and rinse garments thoroughly.

Dry, check and store

Allow clothing to dry fully before use or storage. Check for loose decorations, damaged seams or worn fastenings before the next wear. Remove damaged pieces from use and ask us if you need product-specific guidance.
